Simmons, Mitchell unanimous All-Rookies

NEW YORK (AP) Philadelphia's Ben Simmons and Utah's Donovan Mitchell are unanimous selections to the NBA's All-Rookie team.

The two guards received all 100 first-place votes from a panel of sports writers and broadcasters. Both players helped their teams reach the second round of the playoffs.

Boston's Jayson Tatum also was selected Tuesday to the first team, falling one vote short of unanimous. Simmons, Mitchell and Tatum are the three finalists for the NBA's Rookie of the Year award.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) One thing is clear through three games of the power-packed Western Conference finals between a Golden State team that has won two of the past three championships and a Houston team that had a league-best 65 wins.

If either team is off its game, a blowout could ensue.

Bucks G Brown's arrest tape may come out

MILWAUKEE (AP) Milwaukee's mayor is expressing concern about police conduct in the stun-gun arrest of Bucks guard Sterling Brown in January.

Mayor Tom Barrett says he's viewed police video of Brown's arrest over an alleged parking violation. He did not offer details but has said he has questions about how police acted. The video might be released this week.

Warriors' Iguodala doubtful for Game 4

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) Warriors forward Andre Iguodala is listed as doubtful for Game 4 of the Western Conference finals Tuesday night against Houston because of a sore left knee.

There was a chance Iguodala's status could be upgraded later Monday, the team said.

GoFundMe page eyes $1M for LeBron statue

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) LeBron James may go from idolized to immortalized in his hometown.

A GoFundMe account has been established with a goal to raise $1 million to sculpt and erect a life-size statue of James in Akron, where he began his basketball career before becoming a superstar with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Warriors' Kerr wins Tomjanovich Award

Golden State's Steve Kerr has won the Rudy Tomjanovich Award, given to an NBA coach in recognition of his cooperation with media and fans, as well as excellence on the court.

The Professional Basketball Writers Association announced the winner Tuesday. The award is named for Tomjanovich, the former Houston Rockets coach.

Hall of Famer Russell hospitalized, OK

SEATTLE (AP) Basketball Hall of Famer Bill Russell was released from a Seattle hospital Saturday after an overnight stay for an unknown condition.

Russell confirmed on Twitter that he went to the hospital late Friday. He didn't say why.

Bulls' Zipser has surgery on broken foot

CHICAGO (AP) Chicago Bulls forward Paul Zipser has had surgery to repair a broken left foot.

The team said Friday the operation was performed in his native Germany. The Bulls gave no timetable for his recovery.
